Science & Cocktails

Science & Cocktails in Amsterdam began in 2018 as a DIEP initiative 2018. It is an international award-winning programme and it aims at showcasing the science of Netherlands-based researchers as well as international speakers. It is hosted at the venue Paradiso. It was originally supported by NWA Route 2 funding but has since 2020 been financially supported by the University of Amsterdam. Maaike Happel, Jácome Armas and Sanne Lohof run its programme.
